What is a submittal?

A submittal is your complete application package for consideration with QuantiStaff LLC. It includes all required documents that allow our team and client facilities to review your qualifications for assignment opportunities.

What documents are required for a submittal?

To be considered, candidates must submit an updated resume, two professional supervisor-level references, a completed skills checklist, current CPR certification, and COVID-19 documentation or an approved exemption.

What should be included in my resume?

Your resume should be current and detailed, including recent work history, relevant certifications, and applicable clinical or professional skills. Please also ensure there are no unexplained gaps in employment; any periods of missing time should be briefly explained (e.g., personal time, school, caregiving, etc.).

What are the requirements for professional references?

You must provide two supervisor-level references from the past 12 months. Each reference should include the individual’s name, title, facility, phone number, and email address.

Is a skills checklist required?

Yes, a completed and signed skills checklist is required. It must reflect your specific specialty and scope of practice.

What BLS certification is accepted?

A current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required. Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is preferred. The American Red Cross also works in most instances.

What COVID-19 documentation is needed?

You must provide either a COVID-19 vaccination card or approved medical or religious exemption documentation.

Do you require an interview?

Yes. Candidates will complete a phone interview to assess fit, experience, and clinical or professional skills before moving forward in the process.

How long does it take to receive an offer?

Timing can vary depending on each submittal and assignment. Typically, we aim to provide feedback the same day or within 48 hours following the interview.

What does compliance entail?

Compliance requirements vary by job, but most assignments include a background check, drug screening, competency testing, payroll setup, and completion of required authorizations and onboarding documentation.

Can incomplete submittals be reviewed?

Incomplete submittals may delay processing or consideration for assignment. All required documents should be current and legible.

Are additional requirements possible?

Yes, some facilities or assignments may request additional documentation based on specific job or compliance needs.
